About The Webinar

Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) has been used as a tool to address spasticity for over 100 years, yet many physiotherapists are unsure of what it is and how to help patients who have undergone the surgery. SDR is becoming more prevalent with the NHS able to facilitate up to 200 SDR surgeries a year. This webinar focuses on inclusion/exclusion criteria, dispels the myths around the surgery and what to focus on post surgery.
